A. Yes we do, the service has a price of $20 with a wait time of up to 15 minutes, additional time will be charged at a rate of $5.00 for every 10 minutes.

Q. Are your vehicles and Limousines insured?

A. Yes, all vehicles that are deemed registered part of a Limousine or Livery company are fully insured for up to US $1.M per vehicle in Boston, MA other cities have own policies.

Q.  What happens if I do not show up?

A. We understand that sometimes there are uncontrolled events that will prevent you from showing up, we deal with those on a case by case basis. our goal is to provide our customers with best service and to have a Limo rep waiting for you is our priority and that cost us money for the chauffeurs and the limousines, but if it is considered a force major we can then wave charges after verification. if no show with no reason, a fee will be charged to you for up to the cost of the trip.

Q. Can I cancel my trip and how long in advance can I cancel without penalties?

A. Customer can cancel the trip with an 8 hour prior to the time of the scheduled pick up with no penalties, cancellation should be done over the phone only.
